Twenty-three years ago, Ivan Alvarez emmigrated from El Salvador to the United States – and so did his love of native cuisine.
Alvarez's love for fast, fresh fare is the foundation of his new restaurant Grill Creations which features a wide variety of Mexican and Latin American favorites.
Located in the heart of Garwood, NJ, Grill Creations is committed to quality: fryers and freezers are exiled from this kitchen, local butchers provide healthy and delicious cuts, and all produce is locally sourced.
